Green Stone Boutique Hotel is owned by our Sardaryan family: Karmen, Gagik and our son David. The art of receiving guests is transmitted from generation to generation in our family.

The idea of transformation of our house to Hotel was owned by  David. Our house was always full of guests. These were families of our neighbors, friends and acquaintances. Each time we said goodbye to our guests, David was terribly sad. One a wonderful day he suggested open a hotel in order to receive guests every day and play with their children without stopping.

Today he is waiting for you and your children to share with them his dinosaurs and with all his other toys.

The Story of the Green Stones

Gagik liked hiking, and he was always fascinated with beauty and magic of wild green stones of the mountains in our neighborhood. When designing our house, he decided to use these wild stones in the decorations. Most of the walls inside and outside the house are decorated with amazing green stones. Moreover, he constructed the waterfall in ground floor bathroom using green stones.

All these years we feel the heat of green stones and their magic aura in our house. In this way, wild green stones became a symbol of the house, and the Hotel was called Green Stone Boutique Hotel.
